Production & Shipping
CorbsWorld kits are assembled in intentional production runs of 100 units at a time to ensure quality, consistency, and care in every detail.
If inventory is available, orders typically ship within 5 to 7 business days. If a production run is in progress, processing may take up to 14 business days.
You will receive tracking information once your kit ships.
Shipping is free within the continental United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.
Returns & Store Credit
We know this is a meaningful investment in your child’s well-being, which is why we stand so firmly behind the quality of every kit we send. Because each CorbsWorld kit is carefully assembled and packaged with intention, we do not offer refunds.
If you wish to return an unused kit, we offer store credit only. Store credit can be applied toward future purchases and does not expire.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged item.
Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your kit arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will gladly replace any damaged items at no cost to you.
To ensure we can make it right for you, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this window cannot be honored.
